Fitness Programs


Pre-registration is required for all programs. No drop-ins please. Fall 2007 sessions will start September 17 and run until December 19.


Pilates

Pilates workouts are a fluid, total body routine to help you sculpt and strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve balance and coordination. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:00 - 1:00p.m. or 4:30 - 5:30p.m.. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 - 5:30p.m..

Yoga

Yoga is often described as a mind-body activity with concentration on breathing and focus on movements bringing awareness into the body.This results in a strong, flexible body and a sense of calm and inner peace. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 - 11:30a.m. or 5:45 - 6:45p.m..

GENTLE YOGA

If tension and stiffness has your body in knots, Yoga may be the solution. These gentle moves and stretches, most of which are performed seated on a chair, will calm your mind and strengthen muscles and joints. Try it and discover the lightness of your body and mind. This course was designed for people who have not been physically active for some time. Every Monday and/or Wednesday from 1:30 - 2:30p.m..
