Pilates workouts are a fluid, total body routine to help
you sculpt and strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve
balance and coordination. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from
12:00 - 1:00p.m. or 4:30 - 5:30p.m.. Tuesdays and Thursdays from
4:30 - 5:30p.m..

Yoga is often described as a mind-body activity with concentration
on breathing and focus on movements bringing awareness into the
body.This results in a strong, flexible body and a sense of calm
and inner peace. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 - 11:30a.m.
or 5:45 - 6:45p.m..

If tension and stiffness has your body in knots, Yoga may be the
solution. These gentle moves and stretches, most of which are performed
seated on a chair, will calm your mind and strengthen muscles and
joints. Try it and discover the lightness of your body and mind.
This course was designed for seniors and people who have not been
physically active for some time. Every Monday and Wednesday from
1:30 - 2:30p.m..

Based on the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga,
this athletic style is suitable for all abilities and is designed
to improve balance and posture while increasing strength and flexibility.
During this 8 week (1 class/wk) session, you will be guided in a
clear and concise manner, building on the foundations each week
to encourage you to develop a safe and fulfilling practice. Call
