We believe in the boundless potential of women!

With support, such as access to resources and referrals; literacy and food security programs; financial literacy, life skills and employability training affordable childcare and housing options, young women can overcome barriers to create a better life for themselves and their children.

The YW Centre for Women and Children will provide all these supports, and more, under one roof, ushering YWCA Moncton into a new era of service delivery.

The Centre:
Five years in the planning, the 23,324 square foot YW Jean E.S Irving Centre for Women and Children is a $3.05 million project, centrally located at 135 Kendra Street, Moncton.

Facility Features and Programs:

The facility will provide a variety of programs and services, such as:  a Young Mothers Housing Wing, Early Learning and Childcare Centre, Women's Training and Leadership Centre, Health and Wellness Centre, Teaching Kitchen, Youth Empowerement Centre, and more!

Campaign Cabinet:

We are tremendously proud of the leadership team of families who have come together to build a foundation for these women and children so they can thrive in our community.

Support the Campaign:

Your financial support for this important project will open doors for women and children that were previously closed to them due to poverty and unfortunate life circumstances. We encourage you to join us in this essential community effort to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty and support the visionary work of YWCA Moncton.
